Camp Coordinators

Camp Coordinators are local church volunteers who serve as Grace Outside ambassadors to help promote and register people for summer camps and retreats. Grace Outside offers training and resources for camp coordinators. Please use the resources on this page and sign up for our camp coordinator communications.

Fundraising Ideas

Many churches provide 50% or more funding for campers to go to camp. Raising funds for camp fees can be easy and fun. Consider these ideas:

• Display 100 envelopes (representing $1 – $100) and ask folks to donate toward camp fees.
• Host a camp alumni event, have campers share stories of what camp meant to them
• Events: Trivia Night, Pancake Dinner, Car Wash, Cake Auction, etc.
• Returnable Can Drive
