Recently a group from Newburg UMC stayed at the Retreat Center. One attendee shared how her love of Lake Huron Retreat Center has spanned many years. Her daughters attended choir camps here along the lakeshore. Their family enjoyed winter weekends here over the years on retreats. She shared her memories with joyfulness and a smile.
Because of COVID we were not able to make our 75th year celebration happen. So, we are making plans for an 80th anniversary celebration here in 2025. More details to follow, but in the meantime, help us be able to tell 80 years of stories of ministry here at Lake Huron.
