2026 In the Wilderness

The Wilderness is a holy place, full of the amazingness of God’s creation. Campers spend a week this summer experiencing the wild and wonderful gifts of God’s  presence, rest, adventure, community and empowerment as they  explore nature and the fun activities of camp! GRACE Outside awaits all campers. This will be the best week of their summer!

Let’s GO! Choose a camp below based on the grade you are going into Fall 2026.  Youth Summer Camps take place at Wesley Woods Camp & Retreat in Dowling, Michigan.

Adventure Camps take off from Lake Michigan Family Campground in Pentwater, Michigan.

Activities

Every camp includes outdoor activities, games, swimming, waterfront (kayaks, canoes, paddle boards), archery, age-appropriate Bible study/devotions, small group time, unstructured time for rest, music and worship, crafts, and more. Parents appreciate how camp builds resilience, independence and fosters personal growth. Campers come back each year because amongst the fun and friends, they are empowered by God’s love to be their best selves.

Once you come to camp, we are convinced you’ll want to come back and share the experience with others. First-time campers can get up to a $20 discount on full week camps.

Camp Affordability

Affordability should never be a barrier to attending camp. If you need financial help, contact your local church. Additional funds may be available from Grace Outside, contact the registrar at the site you want to attend.
