Registration Form
- Camper Registration Form download, print, return by mail (or scan and email)
Note: online registration is preferred and includes all the necessary forms like health form, etc. However, the paper registration form is an option.
Required Children/Youth Forms
If you did not complete these forms online, please print out, complete, and return to the registrar two weeks before camp. Late registrants should bring to camp. Not having this forms turned in advance will cause delays when checking in.
