Exciting summer job opportunity to share and sharpen a variety of skills including working with children and youth, program development, food service, housekeeping, maintenance and, most importantly, leadership with peers and volunteers in life-changing summer camp experiences. More than just a summer job, the internship is real — with supervision, training, and ongoing support throughout the summer. The interns form a community on site and online as the summer develops. A three-day on-boarding overnight retreat begins the experience and deepens knowledge and relationships.
