Platform Tents

Experience a weekend of comfortable camping and we’ll take care of all the tent set-up! 30 “Glamping” platform tents – each has an 8′ x 16′ covered porch, five twin size cots, plenty of space for a blow up mattress in the 16’x16′ sleeping area.

The glamping tents are all set up and ready for your camping adventure without the hassle of heavy lifting and set-up! Bring a few basics and you’re ready to start enjoying your camping adventure.

Bring your bedding and we recommend a camp cooktop, string lights, 25 or 50 ft outside extension cord, power strip, and chairs for the camp fire.

Dog friendly. Pets must always be on a leash and can never be left alone in the tent or at the site.

Hosting a family reunion or special event? Lake Michigan Family Campground has plenty of room for you to host a relaxed gathering to celebrate for baby showers, birthdays or just to catch up with old friends. Playgrounds, sports fields and group spaces. Inquire about reserving a pavilion or outbuilding. You also can add a propane gas grill to your reservation for just $20.
